To assist with a parts pricing market research study for a major global car manufacturer by collecting retail parts pricing from a number of dealers and independent parts providers.

The response:

Using Integra’s research team, we set about using both email & telephone to provide the comprehensive information required for Australia & New Zealand. The format was spreadsheet based and driven by part number & description. Market research is a regular part of our overall project portfolio.
