The Brief:

Integra were asked to input into and help develop a global marketing strategy for Castrol’s independent workshop channel. It needed to span five years and would include lubricant volumes, gross profit projections and tactical marketing options to exploit the sector.

The response:

A comprehensive 40 page slide deck was developed that allowed the client to easily review each of the key areas in detail. Through a clear understanding of the market and Castrol, Integra were successful in developing solid ideas to take the company into the future.
